WE are just days away from finding out Scotland's World Cup qualifying fate.
Steve Clarke's men will discover on Friday which nations they will battle it out with for a place in North America in 2026.
Scotland are placed in Pot 3 for the big draw after missing out on the top two following their third place finish in their Nations League group.
It had been initially thought Scotland were certain to get a four-team group given their relegation play-off clash with Greece in March, but a recent rule change means that is no longer the case.
There is now a chance – albeit slim – that Clarke's men could be drawn alongside four other nations after Fifa tweaked their regulations.
It means the Tartan Army could face the likes of England and Wales – despite those fixtures previously being off the cards.
A five-team group is still very unlikely but Scotland will find out for definite in just a matter of days.
And SunSport has all the details you need to know ahead of the draw.
