Sponsors of Kansas City's 2026 World Cup activities have a chance to buy suites and hospitality packages.
The time is now for businesses that want to tie their brands to the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches in Kansas City and gain access to once-in-a-lifetime experiences and suites.
A monthlong window just opened for businesses that acquired Host City Supporter and Host City Champions packages to start selecting suites and official FIFA special hospitality packages for the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches in Kansas City. Local organizers haven’t disclosed names of sponsors and say there still are some Host City Supporter and Champions packages available.
Kansas City is one of 15 host cities for the 2026 World Cup, the world’s most-popular sporting event. Four games will be played at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium during the tournament’s group stage on June 16, 20, 25 and 27. The stadium will host one match in the knockout round on July 3, and a coveted World Cup quarterfinal match on July 11. FIFA estimates that the Kansas City area will host about 650,000 visitors during the World Cup.
Host City Supporter packages include the right to use the Host City Supporter logo, have an option to activate at FIFA Fan Festival, gain access to tickets and official FIFA hospitality events, and have an option to buy a suite before the general public. KC2026, the local organizing committee, can sell 10 of these packages.
KC2026 also is offering an unlimited number of Host City Champions packages, which include tickets and hospitality event access, an option for early-access suite purchase and name recognition on the KC2026 website and at KC2026 events. It does not include access to the Host City Supporter logo.
It’s the first time FIFA has allowed host cities to sell local sponsorships for the World Cup. The program is designed to help host cities like Kansas City pay for the various costs of hosting the World Cup.
“Our Host City Supporters and Champions, representing the Kansas City region’s preeminent businesses, are an integral part of maximizing this once-in-a-generation opportunity for our region,” KC2026 CEO Pam Kramer said in a release. “We’re thrilled to recognize and reward their support through this exclusive opportunity to access tickets, suites and so much more for the largest sporting event in the history of the world.”
