The United States men’s national team will try to close out its CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinal series with Jamaica on Monday when it hosts the Reggae Boyz in the second leg of the tie at CityPark in St. Louis.
Ricardo Pepi’s goal in the fifth minute and a first-half penalty save from goalkeeper Matt Turner spurred the USMNT to a 1-0 win in the first game of the series Thursday in Jamaica. A win or tie Monday would advance the USMNT to the semifinals. USMNT star player and forward Christian Pulisic played 90 minutes Thursday and is expected to be in the lineup again Monday.
