Wales have parted company with manager Rob Page.
The 49-year-old guided Wales to a first World Cup appearance in 64 years as they qualified for the 2022 tournament in Qatar.
However, they failed to qualify for Euro 2024 after being beaten by Poland in a penalty shootout during March’s play-offs.
Page had signed a new four-year deal in 2022 ahead of the World Cup, but the Football Association of Wales (FAW) has confirmed it has taken the decision to end this early.

Noel Mooney, FAW chief executive officer, said: “On behalf of myself and the entire FAW, I extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rob for his commitment and dedication to his roles for the National Teams.
“Under Rob Page’s leadership, our Cymru men’s team has achieved significant milestones and victories which have created many incredible memories for our nation, most notably our first World Cup in sixty-four years.
“We remain focused on our FAW value of ‘excellence’ and look forward to the opportunities for our national teams and Welsh football.”
Page, a former defender for Watford, Coventry City and Sheffield United during an 18-year play career, worked in the Wales youth set-up before being appointed first-team assistant manager in 2019. He was placed in caretaker charge in 2020 and led the team at Euro 2020, guiding Wales to the last-16.
Wales beat Ukraine in the play-offs to qualify for the 2022 World Cup — their first appearance at the competition since 1958 — and they exited the tournament at the group stage after taking one point from their three games.
