After an exciting start to the high school soccer playoffs, it’s time to look back on the best performances.

The William & Mary commit made her presence felt all over the Raiders midfield in the first two rounds of the state tournament. The junior accounted for three goals and three assists in wins over Fort Lee and Paramus.
The Columbia-bound senior helped the Highlanders avenge a county tournament loss on Thursday, picking up two goals and one assist in their North 1, Group 3 quarterfinal match with Old Tappan. Geller chipped in a goal and an assist in the previous round.
The sophomore goalie turned in two more sharp performances to extend the Cougars’ breakout season. She had an eight-save shutout in the sectional quarterfinals and stopped 20 of 21 in a 2-1 shootout victory in the opening round.
The Panthers’ sophomore stepped up big on Thursday by making 18 saves in a 2-1 win over Mahwah in penalties. She finished with seven saves and a clean sheet in the opening round.
Graf came up with both Emerson goals on Friday when the top seed held off Hasbrouck Heights, 2-1, to advance to the sectional semis. The senior had a goal and an assist in the opening round.
The Panthers’ senior led his team back to the sectional semifinals with a pair of multi-point games last week. He totaled three goals and three assists.
Ruehlemann leads North Jersey boys soccer with 37 goals after scoring twice in both sectional wins last week. The senior added two assists in each match for the Warriors.
