Clemson punts. Tony Muskett is now in at quarterback. Muskett showed promise finding Suderian Harrison for two completions and a couple of first downs. A few plays later, Muskett finds Noah Vaugn for another first down before finding Sackett Wood for a touchdown. Muskett finds Pace for the two point conversion.

The Virginia drive opens up with Colandrea getting sacked before Tyree sets up a 3rd and 11 after a nine yard catch. Colandrea has no where to go with the football on third down, forcing the Cavaliers to punt once again.

In response, Clemson put together multiple first downs including a 4th and one conversion. After the conversion, Virginia gets a 15 yard unnecessary roughness penalty. After the penalty, Clemson continued to drive down the field but the Cavaliers manage to hold the Tigers to a field goal.

Virginia produces a productive drive start with two first downs to start the drive and find themselves in Clemson territory. On the first play of the fourth quarter, Colandrea finds Malachi Fields for a 45 yard touchdown.

Taking advantage of the turnover, a few plays in to the drive Cade Klubnik finds Patt-Henry Olsen for a 40 yard touchdown on 4th and one.

Virginia starts the drive with two big rushes before Kobe Pace has a 25 yard catch. Despite the momentum, Colandrea fumbles two plays later, giving Clemson the ball back in Virginia territory.

Klubnik throws a pass away on first down before the Cavaliers hold the Tigers to a 3rd and nine before Klubnik finds Brinningstool for a first down. Clemson continues to drive down the field before an intentional grounding penalty by Klubnik would have ended the drive but a roughing the passer penalty offsets the penalty. On the next play Williams goes 36 yards for a touchdown on a jet sweep.

Xavier Brown starts the drive with a nine yard rush before a 11 yard sack taken by Colandrea. On third and long the Cavaliers are unable to get the first and are forced to punt.

The drive continues with a Klubnik rushing first down before he finds Brinningstool for a gain of six. Two plays later Klubnik finds a receiver for a touchdown. Easy drive for the Tigers.

Colandrea then finds JR Wilson for three yards to set up a crucial third and seven. On third down, Colandrea gets sacked by TJ Parker who gets past McKale Boley. Virginia punts.

The Virginia offense continues to stutter with its second three and out in a row. Two passes to Fields but one was overthrown and the other Fields was unable to make the grab on a jump ball. Sparks boots the ball down the field for 52 yards, another great punt.

Clemson drives down the field for a touchdown which includes a trick play with a wide receiver throwing the ball for a long gain down to the Virginia three yard line. Phil Mafah then runs it in for the score.

This Virginia drive was extremely sloppy with a holding penalty calling back a Tyree first down, a muffed snap by Colandrea to set up 3rd and 24. The Cavaliers lose more yards, sending out Daniel Sparks to punt it away.

Clemson begins to roll with two quick first downs before a pass interference call gives Clemson a 15 yard gain. The Tigers than get a massive penalty to halt a rush by Mafah before Klubnik misses a wide open receiver in the end zone. Despite the mishaps, the Tigers overpower the Cavaliers on the ground with the drive ending with a rushing touchdown by Phil Mafah.

On the ensuing drive for the Cavaliers, a play to Tyree results in a seven yard loss, killing the momentum of the drive before Colandrea scrambles 20 yards for a first down to keep the drive allowed. Virginia then picks up another first down before Colandrea finds Dakota Twitty for an eight yard touchdown.

On the second play of the Clemson drive, Klubnik is intercepted by Kam Robinson to give the Cavaliers the ball on the Clemson 37.

Cavaliers pick up their first down of the game after an 8 yard catch by Malachi Fields and 11 yard rush by Xavier Brown. Virginia then gets another five yards on an illegal substitution by Clemson. Virginia is running a lot of pre-snap movement to attempt to disrupt the Tigers.
Colandrea finds Fields again for another first down as the sophomore is showed poise on this second drive. The Cavaliers then ran a qb sneak with Grady Brosterhous on fourth and one which succeeded to continue the drive. Two plays later Colandrea gets sacked but a facemask penalty by the Tigers gives the Cavaliers another first down.
In the red zone, Colandrea on a designed run gets the ball down to the five yard line before Grady Brosterhous pushes up the middle for a few yards. The Hoos then opt to kick the field goal on 4th and one as their red zone woes continue to be a struggle.

Cade Klubnik finds a receiver for a 22 yard gain to start the drive before the Cavaliers force a third down and two before Phil Mafah powers forward for a first down. After that the Virginia defense forces two key run stops against Mafah before Klubnik scrambles and finds a receiver wide open downfield. The Cavaliers nearly had the sack, ending the Tigers possession, but Virginia could not get the Clemson quarterback down. In the red zone the Cavaliers force a field goal.
