UMD Bulldogs “ALLETE” Moments: Competition
Throughout this year, UMD Athletics is partnering with Minnesota Power, ALLETE to highlight the Bulldogs accomplishments in the 3 C’s: Classroom, Competition, Community.
The University of Minnesota Duluth soccer team named two players to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) All Conference teams this morning, with senior forward Anna Tobias and sophomore forward / midfielder Jessica Eischens being named to the all conference second team.
Anna Tobias earns her first all conference nomination since being named to the NSIC All Conference second team during her freshman year in 2021. Tobias led the Bulldogs in goals (4), points (10), shots (45), and shots on goal (23) after starting in all 17 games for UMD this season.
Jessica Eischens earns her second consecutive all conference nomination after being named to the NSIC All Conference second team during her freshman season last year. Eischens started in all 17 games for the Bulldogs this season, tallying one goal, one assist, and four shots on goal along the way.
