Three new players were named on the Trinidad and Tobago senior men’s provisional squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
T&T will play Grenada at home on 5 June, before taking on the Bahamas on 8 June.
The national men’s team is drawn with Costa Rica, St Kitts and Nevis, the Bahamas, and Grenada.
The top two teams from the group will move on to the next qualification round.
Tyrese Spicer, Dantaye Gilbert, and Steffen Yeates are the new faces on the 39-player squad named on Friday.
Spicer has two goals and one assist in 10 appearances for Toronto FC in his maiden season of Major League Soccer.
Gilbert, 19, is a central midfielder with the PSV Eindhoven U21 team.
He has five goals in 18 appearances for the club.
Yeates, 24, is a central midfielder for Canadian team Pacific FC, where he has made six appearances for the season.
The provisional squad includes Prisons FC goalkeeper Aaron Enill, Caledonia AIA striker Kevon Woodley, and Point Fortin Civic midfielder Ezekiel Kesar.
The trio made their mark during the Soca Warriors’ wins over Guyana in two international friendlies last week.
T&T stalwarts Aubrey David, Alvin Jones, Robert Primus, Sheldon Bateau, and Levi Garcia have also been included on the provisional team.
