International soccer’s governing body FIFA has unveiled Rock-it Cargo as the logistics partner of the 2026 World Cup national teams’ competition, the first to be held across three countries.
The Los Angeles-based firm, through a deal unveiled today, becomes the official logistics provider of the 2026 tournament, which will run across 16 host cities in Mexico, the US, and Canada between June 11 and July 19 of that year. The tournament will also be the largest ever in terms of both teams (48) and matches (104).

FIFA has said that the chosen firm was appointed “following a highly competitive request-for-proposal process.”
The tie-up between FIFA and Rock-it Cargo also covers next year’s inaugural FIFA Club World Cup in the US, with the revamped edition of the CWC involving 32 teams (up significantly from current numbers). Following that club event, the agreement is set to expand in scope for the World Cup, for which Rock-it Cargo will be designated as a tournament supporter and the logistics provider of choice.
The CWC will take place across 12 stadiums in 11 US cities next June and July.
Soccer’s governing body has claimed that Rock-it Cargo, founded in 1978 and a subsidiary of Global Critical Logistics, has been able to “demonstrate exceptional experience in planning and delivering event logistics” to high-profile sports and entertainment events.

Its duties at the World Cup will cover planning, management, and event logistics services, including with regard to international freight, warehouse and distribution operations, on-site venue operations, and team equipment operations.
GWC was FIFA's logistics partner of choice at the Qatar 2022 World Cup, in a deal valued by GlobalData at $7 million.
Rock-it Cargo will also work towards providing an efficient logistics service at the World Cup for the various FIFA partners, vendors, and broadcasters.
In terms of commercial deals struck for the 2026 soccer tournament, mid-October saw multinational tech heavyweight Lenovo unveiled as a sponsor.
Lenovo is now the soccer body’s official technology partner, fitting into the top rank of FIFA sponsors. The agreement covers both the FIFA World Cup in 2026 and the 2027 Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
Over recent months, FIFA has announced deals for these same tournaments with telecommunications giant Verizon, and also with US snack brand Lay’s.
However, it has so far struggled to fill sponsorship slots for the CWC, with only Hisense (already a FIFA partner) having been announced in that capacity so far.
Other current official partners of FIFA, meanwhile, include oil and gas giant Aramco, sportswear company adidas, soft drinks conglomerate Coca-Cola, South Korea’s Hyundai and Kia car brands, global payments service Visa, and Qatari national airline and flag carrier Qatar Airways.
