WEST LAFAYETTE — It was December when Purdue football coach Ryan Walters stated the Boilermakers would be wearing new uniforms for the 2024 season.
For those anticipating the release of Purdue’s new threads, wait no more.
Using inspiration from the upcoming release of EA Sports College Football 25, the release came via a video on Purdue football’s social media avenues.
With a throwback flavor, Purdue’s home uniforms resemble to black and gold worn during the Joe Tiller era glory years with Drew Brees at quarterback.
It’ll feature a gold helmet, gold pants and a black top. The jersey has gold lettering and white numbers with two gold stripes sandwiching a white stripe on the sleeve. The gold pants have a white stripe down each leg flanked by two black stripes.
