OFC U-19 Women’s Championship 2015 – Oceania Football Confederation

The seventh edition of the OFC U-20 Women’s Championship took place in 2015 and doubled as qualification for the 2016 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup™ in Papua New Guinea.
The tournament was hosted by Tonga, with all matches played at the Loto-Tonga Soka Centre in Nuku’alofa, and was contested between five nations in a round-robin format.
New Zealand faced little trouble, winning all five of their matches by at least a ten goal margin as they secured their fifth consecutive OFC U-20 Women’s Championship title.
Whilst neither the host nation nor New Zealand were able to progress past the group stage, the 2016 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Papua New Guinea was the first FIFA tournament to be held in another OFC Member Association outside New Zealand.
