It’s been eight years since both sides of the Liberty and Freedom football game entered the rivalry contest with records above .500.
“There’s certainly a different feeling in the building,” Hurricanes coach Shawn Daignault said. “Every time we’ve gotten another win, there’s been a little bit more of a buzz. This week, it’s been palpable, for sure.”
