T20 World Cup 2024: Jofra Archer has been spotted training with the England squad, as the pacer is recovering from his elbow injury and gaining full-match fitness. The English right-arm fast bowler can potentially make his return in the upcoming three-match T20I series between England and Pakistan, as both the sides are gearing up to attain much needed game-time ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024, which is to be played in West Indies and United States of America.
The fixture is a repeat of last edition’s final, as England ousted Pakistan to win the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 Australia, and in the process, became the second-ever nation (first being West Indies) to be a multiple T20 World Champion.

“I’m sure England fans and players are extremely buzzed to have him back. He’s got that extra pace and fear factor we can bring to opposition as well. Jof has had a really tough couple of years, we all hope he can come back and do what he does for England and bring the ‘A game’ we know he’s got,” said Sam Curran, England captain, as reported by The Guardian.
