India vs. Pakistan free live stream: How to watch ICC T20 Cricket World Cup matches for free in US and Canada – Sporting News

After the USA set the cricketing world alight with a historic upset win on Thursday, all eyes will turn to the India vs. Pakistan marquee clash in the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2024 this weekend, as the latest instalment of a storied cricketing rivalry takes place in New York.
Both India and Pakistan have won the T20 World Cup once and will be aiming to snap their respective silverware droughts. While India triumphed the inaugural edition in 2007, Pakistan took home the trophy in 2009.
The last time these two arch-rivals met in the T20 World Cup was in October 2022 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, where fans witnessed a thriller showdown.
This promises to be an equally exciting matchup, with both sides empowered by explosive batting lineups and deadly bowling attacks.

Historically speaking, India holds a massive upper hand, having come out on top in six of their seven completed games against Pakistan across all T20 World Cups, including during the most recent tournament in Australia in 2022.
Both sides have made contrasting starts to the ongoing T20 World Cup. The Men In Blue kicked off their campaign with a resounding eight-wicket victory over Ireland in their first Group A match at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York on Wednesday.
The Irish were bundled out for 96 thanks to some fantastic bowling by the Indian pace attack. Despite losing Virat Kohli early, skipper Rohit Sharma’s half-century and a handy knock by Rishabh Pant made light work of the chase.
The same cannot be said for their counterparts Pakistan, who looked sloppy as co-hosts USA turned up the heat in all departments, disintegrating them at the finish to record a historic Super Over victory
