Skipper Tilak is into the attack, replaces Abhishek. Tidy over so far, just three singles off the first four deliveriies. Five came from the over. Pakistan, which was firmly in the game, striking at 10 an over is suddenly in search for runs. Reason: Ramandeep’s incredible take to dismiss Yasir out of nowhere, that forced Pakistan to rethink the options
Nishant back into the attack. WHAT A GRAB BY RAMANDEEP! UNBELIEVABLE STUFF! Yasir hit a shortish ball hard and towards the deep midwicket region, Ramandeep comes running towards the ball and completes a wonderful diving one-handed catch! Yasir stares in disbelief but has to walk back. Arafat is the next batter in. Nishant picks two in an over! Dismisses the set Qasim! Full and outside off, Qasim tried to go against the line and perishes! Haider Ali is in at six. Two new batters for Pakistan and they are in a spot of bother now
Yasir Khan c Ramandeep Singh b Nishant Sindhu 33(22) (4s-1 6s-3)
Qasim Akram c Nehal Wadhera b Nishant Sindhu 27(21) (4s-4)
Spin from both ends, Abhishek is back and replaces Rasikh. A quiet over comes to an end, just four from it

Back of a length and towards middle and leg, Qasim picks out the square leg region which is unprotected and gets a FOUR! The PowerPlay comes to an end with a couple of runs from Yasir
Anshul starts off with a shortish delivery, Yasir rocks back and drives through the covers, Ramandeep chases and collects the ball as Yasir settles for a double. India at the same stage was 31/0. Pakistan is 34/2 and the required run rate has moved near 10. Full, towards middle and leg, and Yasir flicks it for a SIX over square region! Trickled down the pads and its helped towards fine leg for a FOUR! Momentum shift for Pakistan, courtesy of Yasir!
Spin introduced inside the PowerPlay as Abhishek comes into the attack, replaces Arora. Full, towards middle and leg, Qasim clears his front foot and fires over the mid-on fielder for a FOUR! Two in two for Qasim. Wide outside off this time and Qasim goes inside out for another FOUR! Arm ball, towards the leg stump, Qasim tries a sweep but misses as the ball brushes the pads. Feeble shout from Abhishek and Prabhsimran but the umpire is unmoved
Anshul continues. Yasir starts off with a single. Back of a length and straight, Omair gives himself room and swings but misses. AND ANSHUL STRIKES! Angled towards the pads, Omair plays a pick up loft but he hits it straight to Nishant at deep square! Qasim Akram is in at four. Anshul follows it up with two dots on the bounce. Superb shot through the onside from Qasim and an equally good stop from Sindhu near the ropes as Pakistan gets a couple of runs
Vaibhav Arora to bowl the second. We’ve seen what he can do when he was with KKR in the IPL last season. He’s angled it inside on the first couple of deliveries to Omair. In the slot and slightly outside off, Yasir lofts it over long off for a SIX! Shaped into the body, Yasir is cramped for room and he tucks it for a single. Wide down the leg side. Towards the leg again and it takes a deflection off Omair’s pads and runs away for a FOUR
Anshul Kamboj starts of bang short and Haris pulls it for a SIX off the first ball! Full and straight, Haris tries to scoop but misses as the ball castles the leg stump! India draws first blood! What a start to the chase!

Full and outside off, Tilak brings out the helicopter shot but does not get the necessary distance as Arafat takes a comfortable catch. Nishant Sindhu is the next batter in. Full and wide, Nishant hits it over backward point for a FOUR! Overthrow from the short third fielder, Ramandeep tries to steal a single, Nishant dives at the danger end but is well short of the crease! Unnecessary wicket there!
Tilak Varma c Arafat Minhas b Zaman Khan 44(35) (4s-2 6s-2)
Imran into the attack and bowls one wide down the legside. Slow and short, Tilak plays a ramp but doesn’t get the desired power as they settle for a double. In the slot and that’s despatched! Through the line, full swing of the bat and he hit it straight for a SIX! Slightly outside off, Ramandeep gets on one knee and hits it over the fine leg fielder for a FOUR! 150 up for India. In the slot and slightly wide outside off, Ramandeep takes full advantage of it as he smacks it for a SIX over deep midwicket! 20 runs off the over!
Zaman back into the attack. With a slinging action, Zaman goes full and straight, Tilak swings and misses. Attacks the pads this time, Tilak picks it up for a FOUR towards the deep fine leg region! Zaman takes pace off, Ramandeep checks his shot at the last moment, the ball was in the air for a while but falls safe
Pace after quite a while as Abbas is back into the attack, replaces Sufyan. India, which scored 68 off the first eight overs, has lost four wickets for 54 in the next eight. speaks volumes of the impact that the spinners have created. Short, slow and wide outside off, Ramandeep tries to go big but hits directly towards Haider Ali at long on, who drops a sitter!
Qasim is into the attack. Two singles off as many deliveries. Qasim has not picked any wickets this evening but he’s been extremely economical thus far, he’s conceded just 17 runs and is on his final over. JUST AS WE SPEAK, HE DISMISSES BADONI! Shortish, Badoni tried to go across the line but gets a top edge as Haris completes an easy catch! Ramandeep Singh is the next batter in.
Sufyan to bowl his fourth. Full and outside off, Wadhera hits it hard towards the cover fielder, who gets fingers on the ball but the batters take a quick double. SUFYAN STRIKES FOR THE SECOND TIME! Wadhera swings and misses a full delivery, the ball angled back and made a mess of his stumps. Ayush Badoni is in at five and gets off the mark with a single

Sufyan continues. Tilak gets a single and brings up the 100 for India. Shortish and straight, Wadhera smashes it towards long on for a FOUR! Six runs came from the over
Qasim continues. Two singles off the first two balls. The Mumbai Indians pair has kept the score board ticking via quick singles. In the slot, Wadhera smashes it over the bowler’s head for a FOUR! Nine runs from the over as India inches towards the 100-run mark
Sufyan back into the attack, replaces Arafat. Imran is constantly making changes to the bowling and it has paid of thus far. Full and straight, Wadhera takes a swing at it and smokes it for a SIX over deep midwicket! Much needed one that. 11 runs came from that over
Qasim Akram replaces Sufyan. The first two balls are quicker through the air and takes Wadhera by surprise as he defends both on the back foot. Fullish and outside off, Tilak tries a reverse sweep but fails and the ball misses everyone as the Indians sneak a single
Spin at both ends as Arafat is introduced. Prabhsimran comes down the track and tries to go across the line, thankfully for him, it falls well short of the long off fielder. Full, middle and leg, Prabhsimran attempts a sweep and hits it directly towards the fielder at short fine leg! The umpire decides to check the legitimacy of the catch but it looked clean. Imran is the fielder in question and the replays show it was indeed a legit catch. Nehal Wadhera is the next batter in. Arafat finishes off with a dot
Prabhsimran c Mohammad Imran b Arafat Minhas 36(19) (4s-3 6s-3)
Sufyan is into the attack and HE STRIKES ON HIS FIRST BALL! ABHISHEK FALLS! Pitched short, Abhishek goes for the big shot but hits it to the fielder at backward point. Heated conversation between Abhishek and Sufyan, as the bowler gives an agressive send-off. Tilak Varma is in at three and gets off the mark with a single. Quick rotation of strikes as they take four singles off as many deliveries
Abhishek Sharma c Qasim Akram b Sufiyan Muqeem 35(22) (4s-5 6s-2)

Slightly short and wide outside off, Abhishek comes down the track and slashes it for a SIX! The Indian openers are on a roll! ANOTHER ONE! CARNAGE! Abbas goes towards middle and leg this time, and Abhishek clears his feet to smash it for a SIX! The umpire decides to go upstrairs to check whether the ball has crossed the boundary rope. Meanwhile, Haris has called for a quick team huddle. Six given. Abbas has conceded 20 runs and he still has to bowl two more balls! Full, towards middle and leg again, Prabhsimran comes down the track and clears the infield for a FOUR towards the deep midwicket region!
Change of ends for Zaman, he replaces Imran. Short, wide outside off, Simran gives himself room and smashes it past the backward point fielder for a FOUR! Straight and on the slot, Simran picks it up to perfection for a SIX over deep midwicket! There has been 16 dot balls so far but India is currently on cruise control. Reason: Pakistan bowlers not bowling according to the field setup and haven’t really troubled the batters
Abbas is into the attack, replaces Zaman. And Prabhisimran goes BANG! Slightly short and straight, Simran was ready for it as he smokes it for a SIX over the deep fine leg area! Short and wide, Abhishek comes down the track and pounces on it to clear the in field for a FOUR! 11 runs from the over
Imran continues. Short and wide outside off, Abhishek hits it back at the bowler, dot. Shortish again but this one nips back into Abhishek, who swings, misses and gets hit on his abdomen area. Imran takes the pace off, Prabhsimran takes a swing and misses. He continues to keep it tight, two dots on the bounce. A quiet over comes to an end, just two came from it
Zaman Khan is in to bowl the second. Slightly outside off, Prabsimran reads the length perfectly and smokes it through the onside for a SIX! Some welcome that! Back of a length, Prabhsimran comes down the track and converts it into a half volley to hit it over mid off region for a FOUR! Zaman gets the yorker wrong, Prabhsimran gives himself room and attempts to drive through covers but misses, the ball travels inches past the off stump!
Players of both the sides have entered the field. Abhishek Sharma and Prabhsimran Singh will open for India while Muhammad Imran will bowl the first over
Wide outside off and hint of movement early on as the ball nips away from Abhishek, he leaves it, dot. A similar similar delivery next up, dot as well. Four balls, four dots. Imran has kept Abhishek under check, who’s known for his explosive starts. Fullish and outside off, Abhishek hits it through the line and smashes it through the covers for a four! India off the mark.
