OU (4-3, 1-3 SEC) suffered a 35-9 home loss to South Carolina. The Sooners‘ top performer was sophomore quarterback Jackson Arnold, who completed 18 of his 36 passes (50%) for 225 yards and one touchdown. Next up is a road game against No. 15-ranked Ole Miss at 11 a.m. Saturday.

Oklahoma State (3-4, 0-4 Big 12) suffered a 38-35 road loss to No. 13 BYU. The Cowboys‘ top performer was junior running back Ollie Gordon II, who ran the ball 16 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns. He also made three catches for 20 yards and one touchdown. Next up is a road game against Baylor at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
Tulsa (2-5, 0-3 AAC) suffered a 20-10 road loss to Temple. The Golden Hurricane’s top performer was sixth-year running back Anthony Watkins, who caught three passes for 73 yards and one touchdown. He also ran the ball seven times for 23 yards. Next up is a home game against UTSA at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

No. 11 Central Oklahoma (7-0, 5-0 MIAA) earned a 64-57 road win over Northeastern State. The Bronchos were led by junior running back Jaylen Cottrell, who ran the ball 16 times for 202 yards and three touchdowns. UCO is the state’s last remaining undefeated college football team at any level. Next up is a home game against No. 7 Pittsburg State at 2 p.m. Saturday.
East Central (2-5, 2-5 GAC) earned a 20-14 home win over Northwestern Oklahoma State. The Tigers were led by sophomore safety Tavare Smith Jr., who recorded four tackles, one interception and two broken-up passes. Next up is a road game against Southern Nazarene at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Northeastern State (1-6) suffered a 64-57 home loss to No. 11 Central Oklahoma. The RiverHawks’ top performer was sophomore quarterback Dereun Dortch, who completed 28 of his 43 passes (65.1%) for 347 yards, three total touchdowns and two interceptions. Next up is a home game against Lincoln at 6 p.m. Saturday.

Northwestern Oklahoma State (1-6, 1-6 GAC) suffered a 20-14 road loss to East Central. The Rangers’ top performer was sophomore defensive back Cameron Lee, who recorded four tackles (two for loss) and one interception. Next up is a home game against Oklahoma Baptist at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Oklahoma Baptist (2-5, 2-5 GAC) earned a 35-17 home win over Southwestern Oklahoma State. The Bison was led by sophomore quarterback Kenny Rosenthal, who completed nine of his 14 passes (64.3%) for 203 yards, four touchdowns and one interception. Next up is a road game against Northwestern Oklahoma State at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Southern Nazarene (0-7, 0-7 GAC) suffered a 40-14 road loss to Southeastern Oklahoma State. The Crimson Storm’s top performer was redshirt freshman defensive back Elijah Simons, who recorded 11 tackles and forced one fumble. Next up is a home game against East Central at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Southwestern Oklahoma State (2-5, 2-5 GAC) suffered a 35-17 road loss to Oklahoma Baptist. The Bulldogs‘ top performer was senior linebacker Logan Monroe, who recorded 11 tackles and one interception. Next up is a home game against Southeastern Oklahoma State at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Langston (4-2, 3-1 SAC) earned a 48-2 home win over North American. The Lions were led by junior quarterback Torrence Bardell, who completed 18 of his 28 passes (64.3%) for 316 yards and five touchdowns. He also ran the ball seven times for 36 yards and one touchdown. Next up is a road game against Arkansas Baptist at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Oklahoma Panhandle State (3-3, 3-2 SAC) had a bye week. Next up is a road game against Texas College at 2 p.m. Saturday.
