Holland Christian outshot Lakeshore 7-5 and the Maroons had six corner kicks to Lakeshore’s three corner kicks.
Cora Rigterink earned another shutout, her third shutout in the four tournament games in the postseason.
“Our back line is playing the best they have all season. They have been difficult for opposing offenses to breakdown,” Holland Christian coach Elliot Slenk said. “I can’t say enough about this team. They are playing with tremendous effort, taking nothing for granted, and making the most of their opportunities.”
“It has been a total team effort and we have had amazing support from our parents, school, and community. I feel so fortunate to be able to coach this team.”
