Group A of the Qualifiers has Iran and Uzbekistan tied with 10 points, six above Qatar, seven above Kyrgyzstan and eight above North Korea. Group B has South Korea with 10 points, three above Jordan and Iraq, in addition to seven above Oman and Kuwait and, finally, eight above Palestine.
The two teams are in group C of the third phase of the Qualifiers, tied with five points, along with Bahrain, where Australia is in second place and Saudi Arabia in third. Japan is in the lead, with 10 points, while Indonesia and China, both with three points, are right behind.
