ALEXANDRIA — The Alexandria girls soccer team had another strong season in 2024, finishing with a 12-6-1 record.
Led by Section 8-2A head coach of the year Amy Korynta, Alexandria finished third in the Central Lakes Conference, and second in Section 8-2A.

Alexandria outscored opponents 90-18 this season.
Alexandria’s Aubrie Johnson, Allie Haabala, Lydia Oldenkamp, and Mackenzie Jurchenko were named to the All-Central Lakes Conference team, while Avery Hanson (a Northern Colorado signee), Lilly Dutton, and Camree Miller were all-conference honorable mentions.
Haabala and Oldenkamp where named the Class 2A All-State team.
Mackenzie Jurchenko earned two team awards- the Hustle Award and the Coaches Award. Esryn Dahl was named the team’s Most Improved Player, while Lydia Oldenkamp was named the Defensive Player of the Year, and Allie Haabala was named the Offensive Player of the Year.
