The snowstorm that impacted the Hudson Valley on Friday has prompted the re-scheduling of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association football tournament regionals.
Friday’s Class D and B playoff games have been moved to Lakeland High School in Shrub Oak. At 4:30 p.m., Burke Catholic will face Tuckahoe in Class D. At 7 p.m., Port Jervis will take on Ardsley in Class B.
The Class A and 8-man playoffs set for Friday have been moved to Saturday. In Class A, Cornwall will host Vestal in a 2 p.m. game at Goshen High School. In Eight-Man, Sullivan West will host Moravia at 4 p.m. at James I. O’Neill High School in Highland Falls.

Saturday’s Class AA and Class C playoff games are still scheduled as planned. In Class AA, Monroe-Woodbury will host Corning-Painted Post at noon at F.D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park. In Class C, Chester will host Valhalla at noon at O’Neill High School.
