Let’s take a look at football weather for high school on Friday and college football on Saturday.
For the local high school football across west Alabama, we can expect cool and dry weather. Temperatures will start off in the upper 50s around 7pm, with temperatures dropping into the lower 50s by the 4th quarter. Skies remain clear and you’ll get a nice view of the just post full moon rising over the east horizon.
For College football, we’ll start with the Bama game… Alabama takes on Tennessee in Knoxville on Saturday. Kickoff is at 2:30pm. Look for a sunny sky, with temperatures in the upper 60s. Temperatures will rise into the lower 70s during the game. Low humidity and no risk of rain.
Auburn plays Missouri in Columbia on Saturday. It’s an early game… kickoff is at 11am. Expect full sunshine for the game. Temperatures will start in the lower 60s at kickoff, then rise into the lower 70s by the end of the game.
Mississippi State is taking on Texas A&M in Starkville on Saturday. Temperatures will start off in the lower 70s at the 3:15pm kickoff, then fall into the lower 60s by the end of the game. Skies remain clear for that game.
