Thailand are currently second in the Group C of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers with four points from three matches. They showed an impressive performance in the last outing to force a draw against the table toppers, South Korea. After opening the qualifying campaign with a loss against China, they have bounced back to collect four points from the last two matches. A win over Singapore and a draw in their previous game have put them back in contention for qualification to the next round.
With two wins and a draw, South Korea are among the heavyweights to qualify for the World Cup. Victory over China and Singapore has put them in great contention. The team must be disappointed to draw against Thailand in their last match after dominating both halves. They had a better chance of winning the game but lacked that potential finishing touch.

During this FIFA World Cup Qualifiers campaign, Supachai Chaided has scored two goals in three matches for Thailand. He is good at holding up play at the top, displaying physique and strength to bring his teammates into play. 
After the Tottenham man played a crucial role in South Korea’s success in the last couple of years, Son Heung-min has now emerged into a leader for the Taeguk Warriors. As of this season, he has scored 14 goals and assisted eight times, domestically. He has already scored 45 goals in 126 appearances for the national team.
With a fully fit squad, South Korea will be hoping to return to winning ways, following a draw with the same opponent last time around.
