Equipment changes in World Cup – FIS Ski

As it happens every year, at the end of the season, the ski brands move to create the best teams to face the following seasons. More or less long contracts are needed, especially given the World Championships and Olympic Games.
We take a look at the most exciting changes.
Sarrazin extends his contract with Rossignol
It was one of the hot topics of the spring. At the end of his contract, was Cyprien Sarrazin going to extend his lease with Rossignol or go elsewhere? After negotiations, the French Ski star, the season’s hero with his two victories in Kitzbühel, and the Isère-based brand have agreed to a new contract running at least until the next Olympic Games in Milan-Cortina in 2026.

Atomic expands its “Redster” team
Atomic has expanded its team of “Redsters” worldwide, starting with Croatia’s rising star Zrinka Ljutic, who ended her contract with Rossignol and officially became a “Redster”.
The Croatian star is not the only one because they did not spare themselves in the men's field by acquiring Gino Caviezel (SUI), Rasmus Windigstad (NOR), Adrian Pertl (AUT), and Joshua Sturm (AUT).

Tamara Tippler with Kästle for her comeback
Vorarlberg ski brand Kästle strengthens its women’s speed team. After a baby break, Tamara Tippler (AUT), is excited to return to the top with a new equipment supplier.
After a break of roughly one year Tippler was back in the starting gate at the season finale in Saalbach. As a forerunner, she started with Kästle. ”The feeling was good from the very beginning. Kästle is working precisely on my setup. I am confident and very motivated to take this challenge,” comments Tippler after her first few weeks with her new supplier.

Movements in the 'Head' house
Dave Ryding (GBR) has decided to leave Fischer, the yellow Austrian brand of which he was one of the loyal headliners. The veteran British skier (aged 37), still competitive on the podium this winter (3rd in Madonna di Campiglio), announced that he was joining the Head armada.
Stephanie Brunner (AUT) and Nadine Fest (AUT), who are leaving Atomic and Salomon, respectively, will also join the "Head" team.
Adrien Théaux (FRA) is leaving Head. After 10 years together (with Salomon, editor's note), I'm leaving the Head family and my technician Sébastien Auer" writes the 39-year-old French team veteran "I'd like to thank Head for helping me realise some of my dreams, and for believing in me for a hypothetical comeback after my serious injury. Thank you for all the incredible moments and exchanges. It's been a very rewarding 10 years".
The change of the French downhill skier has not yet been announced, but we will keep you updated.
