Ohio State enters its bye week on the heels of its first loss of the season.
The Buckeyes dropped a crucial top-five showdown in Eugene, falling to then-No. 3 Oregon in a thrilling 32-31 loss. Quarterback Will Howard, who threw for 326 yards and two touchdowns, inadvertently ran out the final six seconds of regulation, dashing any dreams of a game-winning field goal.

Ohio State regroups with six games remaining after its bye, including three against ranked opponents. Another presumptive top-five clash awaits with No. 3 Penn State on Nov. 2, and home matchups with No. 16 Indiana and No. 24 Michigan loom at the end of the year.

Ohio State’s next game is slated for Saturday, Oct. 26, against Nebraska at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. The game is scheduled to start at noon ET and will air live on Fox.
