Michigan enters its bye week hoping to steer its season back on track, with a pivotal stretch of games looming on the other side.
The 24th-ranked Wolverines (4-2) will next take the field in Champaign on Oct. 19, against No. 23 Illinois.
Michigan will play four ranked opponents across its final six games, beginning with the upstart Illini.
First-year head coach Sherrone Moore continues to play musical chairs at quarterback, with seventh-year senior Jack Tuttle expected to draw the start against Illinois. Tuttle relieved Alex Orji in Saturday’s 10-point loss to Washington, completing 10-of-18 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown while committing two turnovers.
Tuttle will become the third different starting quarterback for the defending champions this season, joining Orji and Davis Warren.
Here are all the details of Michigan’s next game.
