The academy prospect is set for her first taste of international cricket.
The trio flew out to Malaysia recently ahead of the start of the tournament which takes place between January 18 and February 2.
Bears Women head of high performance, Laura MacLeod, said: “Phoebe has impressed in her first season as an academy player with her left arm spin bowling.
“She has great skill which, combined with her height, gives her something different and poses a challenge for opponents.
“Her performances for the academy resulted in her selection for the School Games at Loughborough last September – and that’s where she cemented her place in the World Cup squad.”
The 16-year-old, from Worcester, came through the former Central Sparks Academy.
She was voted Worcestershire’s young women’s player of the year in 2024 before transferring to the Bears Women academy.
Bears Women currently have a 15-player squad featuring both Perrin and Surenkumar. They will compete in the T20 Blast, One-Day Cup and a new knockout competition.
The knockout competition will feature teams from all three tiers of the new-look national women’s structure.
