Clemson football schedules regional FBS opponent for first time – TigerNet

Clemson added to its future non-conference slate with a regional team that it hasn’t faced yet.

The program announced that the Tigers will host East Carolina for the first time in 2029, completing an FBS slate out of conference that also includes hosting Georgia and heading to South Carolina.

The Pirates compete in the American Athletic Conference, where they’ve been a member since 2014 after exiting the C-USA.
