Cortland, N.Y. — The Cincinnatus and Bishop Ludden girls soccer teams made the transition from Class D to Class C this season.
The competition was fierce, but the Lions — the defending Class D state champions — had one goal in mind. They wanted to go back-to-back with state titles.
