Canton soccer super fan Nathan Miller was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle-wasting disease.
Here’s your chance to support both Canton soccer and Miller’s non-profit organization, Nathan’s Ninjas, during the team’s annual charity night on Thursday, April 18.
Canton faces rival Salem in both JV and varsity action at 5:30 and 7 p.m., respectively, at the PCEP East Turf, while the charity night festivities begin off the field at 6 p.m.
Nathan’s Ninjas is a charitable, educational, non-profit organization focused on providing funds to individuals and families living with Duchenne. The funds are used to help families with things such as transportation, vehicle maintenance, caregiver assistance and so much more.
There will be concessions, a 50-50 raffle, a sale of Nathan’s Ninjas bracelets to support the cause and a halftime penalty kick shootout with celebrity goalies. All proceeds from these activities will benefit Nathan’s Ninjas.
