Sullivan took several hard hits during the first three quarters against the Bruins, but a devastating smash near the sideline appeared to shake him up.

Postgame update: Sullivan has a sprained ankle.
Since Sullivan was Iowa’s original backup, the Hawkeyes will now turn to third-stringer Jackson Stratton.
Stratton is Iowa’s new backup after Marco Lainez got injured in practice.
The 6-foot-4 sophomore from Mission Bay, California, previously attended Colorado State, where he only saw game action in 2022, completing 4-of-17 passes for 78 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.
He didn’t play in 2023 before transferring and joining the Hawkeyes as a walk-on.
