The Top 100 prospect becomes the 15th commit of Missouri’s 2025 class.
The Fourth of July weekend continues with even more recruiting fireworks from the Mizzou Football program. Eli Drinkwitz and the staff have landed three significant four-star recruits on three consecutive days.
That’s pretty good, right?
The latest to join Mizzou’s 2025 recruiting class is four-star offensive tackle Lamont Rogers from Mesquite, Texas.
Rogers announced his commitment live on his Instagram page — choosing Mizzou over SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Florida State.

Rogers is a consensus Top 100 recruit nationally — ranking 74th on Rivals, 60th via On3, and 55th on 247Sports composite.
From 247Sports’ Scouting Analyst Gabe Brooks:
“Bona fide high-major O-line prospect with tackle traits. Could become a quality multi-year starter at the P5 level with an NFL Draft ceiling.”
With the 15th commitment overall in this class — Rogers becomes the eighth four-star which sets a program record.
It’s safe to say that this program is absolutely killing it on the recruiting trail right now, and they are showing no signs of slowing down.
