The Gulf Breeze Dolphin soccer team got a goal late in the first half to beat Niceville 1-0 Dec. 20 at Dolphin Stadium.
The Dolphins (8-2-2) enter the 2025 of their schedule with a two-game win streak. Gulf Breeze shut out Tate Dec. 16 3-0 by scoring three goals in the second half.
Jonas Noury scored twice, while Seamus Ladner scored the other.
Will Woodward and C.J. Cruit had assists for the Dolphins, while Samuel Thomas had two saves.
Dolphins in Tampa Bay Invitational this weekend: Gulf Breeze will take St. Paul’s, out of Covington, LA, in the opening round of the Tampa Bay Invitational today.
St. Paul’s was a Louisiana Division I state semifinalist a year ago.
Gulf Breeze will play the winner or loser of host Tampa Jesuit or Lakewood Christian on Friday, with four matches scheduled for Saturday.
