WASHINGTON STATE WELCOMED six new walk ons to the program this week, with all six having started summer school. That number is far fewer than in past years. Last June, the Cougars brought in 19 new players and in 2022, there were 13 new faces.
But this year, prep sources tell Cougfan.com that Washington State does not have any others on the radar.
That could change, however, as we get closer to fall camp.
But what WSU may lack in quantity, it is hoping to make up for with quality. 
Gage Jones is one of the six, and he comes with a unique path to Pullman.
