Iowa, Iowa State football players hold softball game for Make-A-Wish – KCCI Des Moines

A celebrity all-star softball game featuring football players from both Iowa and Iowa State is scheduled for this month, with proceeds going toward a good cause.
Team Black & Gold will face off with Team Cardinal & Gold at Southeast Polk High School for the game at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 23. Each team features nine current football players.
Money raised from tickets and donations will go toward Make-A-Wish Iowa.
General admission tickets start at $10 for children between the ages of 2-12 and $25 for people 12 and older. A $250 VIP option is also available, offering two tickets with early entry access to bleacher seating, box lunches from Fareway, two T-shirts and better access to the autograph line.
