Australia’s T20 World Cup Squad, Full Schedule, Match Timings in IST, Tournament History, Most Runs and Most Wickets

The Australia cricket team will be led by Mitchell Marsh at the T20 World Cup. Marsh led Australia in three T20I series as an interim skipper over the past 12 months. Big names like Steve Smith, Jake Fraser-McGurk, Jason Behrendorff and all-rounder Matt Short were not named in Australia’s 15-member T20 World Cup squad. The Aussies will kick off their T20 World Cup 2024 journey with a game against Oman scheduled to be played in Barbados on June 5. At this year’s T20 World Cup, the Australia cricket team have been placed in Group B along with England, Namibia and Scotland.
