The 32-team World Cup in New Zealand and Australia was one of the best ever tournaments as the likes of England, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, France, Sweden, Colombia and one of the hosts, Australia, battled for the World Cup trophy.
Spain and England reached the final after overcoming Sweden and Australia, respectively, with Sweden beating the co-hosts to secure third place and the bronze medal.
Vlatko Andonovski’s USWNT side crashed out at the last 16 stage and will not be crowned World Cup champions once again. Veterans Alex Morgan and Megan Rapinoe led the team but they couldn’t finish their chances and their bid at an historic three-peat was unsuccessful.
Below is everything you need including the full World Cup 2023 schedule, start times, dates, how to watch and much more.
