Ireland were drawn in Group F earlier today against either Portugal or Denmark, Hungary and Armenia in a four-team group with the campaign set to start in September 2025
Confirmed this evening, Ireland will start their bid to qualify for the finals tournament in USA, Canada and Mexico in 2026 with a home game against Hungary on Saturday, September 6th, with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Aviva Stadium. Ireland will then travel to Armenia on Tuesday, September 9th, with kick-off at 5pm (Irish Time). 
October will see Heimir Hallgrímsson's team travel to either Portugal or Denmark on Saturday, October 11, with kick-off at 7.45pm (Irish Time) before returning to Dublin to face Armenia on Tuesday, October 14th, with kick-off at 7.45pm. 
Ireland will conclude their qualifying campaign in November 2025 with a home game against Portugal or Denmark on Thursday, November 13th, with kick-off at 7.45pm before the conclusion of the campaign against Hungary on Sunday, November 16th, with kick-off at 2pm (Irish Time).
