CINCINNATI (WXIX) – TQL Stadium has announced that it will host four matches for the 2025 Fifa Club World Cup.
The stadium will host four Group Stage matches from Sunday, June 15, to Wednesday, June 25.

Cincinnati will launch the tournament with an exhilarating second match on June 15 at noon. The legendary Bayern Munich, 33-time champions of the German Bundesliga, will face Auckland City FC, the record 12-time winners of the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Champions League.
Mexican club CF Pachuca, the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup winners, will face 17-time Austrian Bundesliga champions FC Red Bull Salzburg on Wednesday, June 18.
On Saturday, June 21, Cincinnati will host another German powerhouse, Borussia Dortmund, who will take on Mamelodi Sundowns FC, 17-time winners of the South African Premier Soccer League.
On Saturday, June 21, Cincinnati will host Borussia Dortmund, one of Germany’s top teams. They will face off against the Mamelodi Sundowns FC, champions of the South African Premier Soccer League with 17 titles to their name.
The final Club World Cup match in the Queen City will be on Wednesday, June 25, when Borussia Dortmund will take on the South Korean team, Ulsan HD FC, a three-time defending champions of the K-League 1.
Cincinnati’s TQL stadium is one of 12 stadiums that will be hosting the 2025 edition of the Club World Cup. The tournament has expanded to 32 clubs for the first time.
The tournament kicks off on Sunday, June 15, 2025, and will continue for 29 days before the Club World Cup Final on July 13, 2025 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
