The Esports World Cup 2025 is the second edition of the prestigious annual tournament held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, organized by the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF).
This event showcases a diverse lineup of esports game titles across multiple genres, including Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, Honor of Kings, Apex Legends, and Rainbow Six Siege.
Each game operates independently, with its own qualification structure, culminating in championship series that formed the heart of the event.
In addition to individual game tournaments, the Esports World Cup includes a unique Club Competition. This competition allows participating organizations to earn points and prizes based on their performance across all game titles, creating an exciting and strategic layer of competition.
In 2024, Team Falcons clinched first place in the Club competition, taking home US$7 million. Team Liquid placed second and got US$4 million, followed by Team BDS at third place with US$2 million, and Team Vitality in fourth place with US$1.5 million.
The success of the Esports World Cup 2024 laid the foundation for an even more ambitious and thrilling event in 2025.

Honor of Kings became the first esports title to be announced for the 2025 tournament. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Free Fire was announced in November.
