“Patrick has been an integral part of our soccer family for nearly a decade,” a Red River statement said. “His commitment to the success of our student-athletes, both on and off the field, is unmatched. We are confident that under his leadership, the boys soccer program will continue to grow and thrive.”
Previous Red River head coach Luke Glasoe announced in October he would resign after 13 seasons.
Red River finished fifth at this fall’s state tournament in Grand Forks. The Riders were 10-5-5 overall, taking the No. 3 seed from the Eastern Dakota Conference into the state tournament.
