The Bronchos beat Emporia State 55-38 to complete a 10-1 regular season, putting up 680 yards of total offense in the victory.
Dawson Herl threw for 368 yards and two touchdowns while Terril Davis had a monster day, bringing in 15 catches for 203 yards and a score. Jalen Cottrell ran for 112 yards and a touchdown, and Mason Williams added three scores on the ground.

UCO will be the No. 4 seed in Super Region III and will host a first-round playoff against Ouachita Baptist at 1 p.m. Nov. 23 at Chad Richison Stadium. The playoff game will be the Bronchos’ first at home since 1998.
Ouachita Baptist also went 10-1 and won the Great American Conference title.
The winner of Saturday’s playoff game will advance to play Ferris State in a second-round matchup on Nov. 30 in Big Rapids, Michigan.
