Vermont men’s soccer sits one win away from an America East championship.
The Catamounts (10-2-5), who are ranked 17th in the country, play host to the Bryant Bulldogs (10-5-4) in today’s conference title game at Virtue Field. Vermont, in search of its first league tourney crown since 2021, has made the NCAA Tournament in each of the last three seasons, reaching the quarterfinals in 2022 and the Round of 16 last fall.
If the Catamounts earn the automatic bid with a win (or get through with an at-large bid with a loss), it would mark the program’s 14th trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Bulldogs are the conference’s defending tourney champion.
