FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, Congratulates Trump – News Central


The president of the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), Gianni Infantino, has congratulated Donald Trump on his latest victory— becoming the 47th President of the United States of America.
Infantino congratulated Trump via his official Instagram account saying, “We will have a great FIFA World Cup and a great FIFA Club World Cup in the United States of America! Football Unites the World.”

Infantino tried to establish strong ties with the initial Trump administration, visiting the White House at least twice and attending a dinner with then-President Trump in Davos, Switzerland, during the World Economic Forum in January 2020.
