Two exciting high school football matchups will play out under the Friday night lights. IMG Academy (Fla.) will take on East St. Louis (Ill.), and St. Frances Academy (Md.) will hit the road for a contest against Clearwater Central Catholic (Fla.).
After losing its first game of the season, IMG Academy — ranked No. 6 in the country by MaxPreps — has rattled off five consecutive wins. The Ascenders have enjoyed an extended break after defeating Venice (Fla.) on Oct. 4. National No. 44 East St. Louis owns a perfect 8-0 record, and the Flyers have allowed more than seven points just twice this season.
