Panama will again look to defy the odds and advance to the 2024 Copa America semifinals when they face highly-regarded Colombia in Saturday’s quarterfinals. Panama, which had finished no higher than 12th at Copa America, upset the United States 2-1 in group play and defeated Bolivia 3-1 to reach the knockout stage. Colombia, meanwhile, continue to roll past the competition. With their 1-1 draw with Brazil on Tuesday, the Colombians have been unbeaten in their past 26 matches. They had won 10 in a row before the draw.
Kickoff from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., is set for 6 p.m. ET. Colombia are listed as the -360 favorites (risk $360 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest Colombia vs. Panama odds, with Panama the +1000 underdogs. A draw is priced at +425 and the over/under for total goals scored is 2.5. Colombia are -800 to advance, while Panama are +500. Since joining the national team in 2021, he has registered three goals in 30 appearances. He is a member of Crystal Palace of the English Premier League.
Also boosting the offense is team captain James Rodriguez. The 32-year-old midfielder has been with the national team since 2011, and has scored 27 times in 103 matches. He currently is a member of Sao Paulo of Brazil’s Serie A team. See which team to pick here.
Midfielder Cesar Yanis has already made his mark at Copa America 2024. He scored in extra time to help secure the 3-1 win over Bolivia on Monday. Yanis has 10 goals in 115 professional matches.

In 49 appearances for the national team, Rodriguez has recorded six goals, including a pair last month in 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying. He scored the second goal of a 2-0 win over Guyana on June 6, and followed that up with a goal in a 3-1 victory over Montserrat.
