PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Aaron De Leon, Millikan, Senior
Millikan senior forward Aaron De Leon has been named the Press-Telegram Player of the Year after being named the Moore League MVP and the only local player to make the All-CIF Division 1 first team.
De Leon finished with a team-high 21 goals. He led the Rams to back-to-back league titles and to the quarterfinals of the CIF-Southern Section Division 1 playoffs.
COACH OF THE YEAR
Jeff Schofield, Millikan
Millikan coach Jeff Schofield led the Rams to back-to-back Moore League titles and a quarterfinal appearance in the CIF-SS Division 1 playoffs. Schofield was also named the Moore League coach of the year. The Rams finished 15-4-6 overall and 8-1-3 in the Moore League.
