Paul Sotak, Valley View: Oversaw the Lady Cougars’ 15-1 regular season, en route to the team’s second district championship in three years, outlasting Crestwood in a penalty shootout. Allowed just 12 goals on the year. Coached an all-state honoree and four first-team coaches’ all-stars.
