Today’s Paper

Kontiolahti, Finland, from November 30 to December 8, is the place for this year’s biathlon World Cup premiere. The event starts on Saturday, November 30, with the single mixed relay and mixed relay. On Sunday, December 1, a men’s and women’s relay awaits. On Tuesday, December 3, it’s time for the men’s short individual.
On Wednesday, December 4, stay tuned for the women’s short individual. The sprint races will be contested for men on Friday, December 6, and Saturday, December 7, for women. The last day of competitions will feature mass start competitions for both men and women on Sunday, December 8.

After Kontiolahti (Finland), the biathlon World Cup heads to Hochfilzen (Austria), then Annecy – Le Grand Bornand (France), Oberhof (Germany), Ruhpoldhing (Germany), Antholz-Anterselva (Italy), Lenzerheide (Switzerland) for the World Championships, Nove Mesto Na Morave (Czech Republic), and Pokljuka (Slovenia). Then, the 2024/2025 World Cup season ends in Oslo (Norway).
