Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse football team’s win over Miami put it in good position to land a bid in the ACC’s top tier of games outside of the College Football Playoff.
The Orange is one of four teams tied for fourth-place in the ACC standings. Syracuse and Duke have the best overall record of that group.
